version 2 Sat Nav Disc

Hi, I have a 2004 Accord Exec and its Sat Nav is playing up and maybe it's the disc. Looks ok but anyway, what I want to confirm is as I am using a Version 2.03 now, that means I can use any version 2 disc but not version 3 disc's. Is this correct?

Yep thats correct Steven you can use any version starting with 2

I believe its the laser that usually plays up, not the disk, unless its a non original disk.

Thanks, I was hoping for an easy solution, maybe just try on old disc first before I tried to take the DVD player out.

I think a few people have successfully cleaned the lens on the dvd drive though. You might even find some threads and pics on here somewhere.
