I keep getting a check engine light randomly which only appears for a second. So i could never really figure out what it was. I used my OBD2 reader and this is the code P2455 - Diesel Particulate Filter Pressure Sensor A Circuit High.

Were should I start looking first, clean the sensor, check wiring or DPF itself?

Car is an 09 CU3 2.2 DTEC, no remaps everything stock.

Hi Dean, that’s your differential pressure sensor. It’s mounted on the front slam panel closer to the driver side. On a 2009 car like yours it will have 2 pipes going into it. Easy to change. I’ve rarely seen them fail, have a close look at the plug and wiring, maybe there’s a break somewhere.

Hi Fahad, thank you for answering. Yeah I managed to find it. Wiring at the connector side seems fine, I re-connected the sensor and cleared up the DTC. Will see what happens next, might have to take a deeper look at the wiring or change the whole sensor entirely which seems quite easy as you pointed out.
