I-CDTI Engine cuts out when accelareting

Ok, I will clear the codes. The swirl flaps must be functioning now as the turbo is working and it pulls through the revs as per before! Regards

I-CDTI Engine cuts out when accelareting

Thanks for the reply. Just connected a code reader and got the following, P1384, P2004 & P16A4. Will do a search for these now unless someone has some quick links to hand. I understand that the P2004 is the butterfly valve open in the manifold? Thanks again, I took her to one garage who...

I-CDTI Engine cuts out when accelareting

Morning, Just read this thread as the car started with the engine managent light on this morning. Driving if the normal short distance to the station reveals the car is lethargic past 2k revs and no sign of the turbo dooms anything. Car was serviced by a local garage in Feb 13, I insisted on...

SAT NAV position error less than 200m

No I am driving along well established roads which the sat nav has never had an issue with, I could always put the original disk in and reboot. As it works one minute and then not again I wonder if it is a signal problem.

SAT NAV position error less than 200m

Well this morning driving off the estate and down a B road to the station, the car followed the correct road. This evening things started well, I then decided to get the nav to plot a route home, half way along the blue line following the route it suddenly got confused and said I wasn't on a...

SAT NAV position error less than 200m

Evening all, my 56 plate EX Tourer has worked faultlessly since last sept, no problems with the SAT NAV which I only use when going to new places. Today I decided to use it for no reason and the map showed me driving down a rd parallel to the one I was on. To night I have run the diagnostic...

    Buying advice

190 bhp isn't really a lot in a 1500kg car, you won't ever think its to much! The milage isn't that much of an issue it low, just make sure it have had a yearly service. 6 months ago i found a mk7 tourer 20005 reg with 30k miles. It had 2 service and was being sold as an approved honda, a call...

    Accord Estate 2.2 CTDI

No bother you will just have to drive your ATR a little longer. Every time I drive mine going to look at a replacement I realise that it is a keeper for the future (160k miles covering in mine out of 180k)!

    Buying advice

Well I am also looking for either a mk 7 or 8 accord, as a mk 5 Type-R owner of 10 years I am reluctantly looking for a 2.2 derv. This is due to company car allowance stipulations of 160gCO2/km. I may end up keeping the ATR and try to reverse the 180k miles of wear and tear, there aren't many...

    Wow! I Bought One!

I have posted before about replacing my ATR, will probably keep it in the garage. To replace it I am looking to for an estate, looked at the latest Accord Tourer but I think I prefer the previous shape. What are peoples thoughts on this one...
