This accord is fifth gen. accord 1.8L, serial shocks and 6th gen TypeR springs So if this combination work on 5th gen I dont see a reason why it wouldnt work on 6th gen.

If your car was standing with hand brake on that could be the problem, maybe hand brake didnt release all the way B)

Does your car have headlight washers on the bumper? That will answer also your first question as far as I know.

F6HAD have you tried NWB wipers? Cheaper then OEM but same quality (yes, they come with spoiler). BTW they are Honda OEM supplier.
