ABS / VSA fault reset procedure

If the VSA and ABS do not go away after jumping 9 and 4 or unable to erase code using a cheap obd 2 reader which cost as low as 20 quid online, you probably have a dirty abs sensor. Check the cable at the wheels to see if there are any tears. I couldn't clear the codes so I inspected the sensors...

Hand brake adjustment for 2011 accord I-detec ex

I noticed by E-Brake was getting loose so I remove the center console and increased the tension in the cabling. When I lift the brake handle there's plenty of tension but in gear the brake still doesn't hold. If something was broken like a cable or linkage there wouldn't be any tension but there...

Accessing locked car with disconnected battery

People commenting on there that "manually unlocking the door with the key should work" do not know anything about this car. The lock actuator is electric = battery dies you're out of lock if the bonnet is closed shut. When I had a battery drain issue the battery died twice and the bonnet was...

VSA, traction control and ABS light simultaneously came on

My CL7 had VSA and ABS lights on for over a year and a cheap OBD2 scanner didn't pick up any faults so I kept driving and ignoring them. Some months later while driving on a mountain road I spun out rather easily after driving over some oil on the road, so figured it probably occurred because my...

    Timing chain replacement interval

As time chain rattling goes, when does it usually make the noise? I'm hearing a very slight rattling sound coming from what seems to be underneath the car while idling in drive and reverse but I'm thinking it the catalytic. Haven't raised the car to pinpoint where the noise is coming from. No...

Survey: When Do You Change Motor Oil???

Hello Everyone! I'd like to get feedback on when you change your motor oil & filter? Are you a believer in changing it every 10,000 kilometers or do you do it every 6,000 km??? I just left a shop in Italy and they said it was not necessary to change my oil since it has been only 6,000 km. I...

ABS / VSA fault reset procedure

This procedure did not work for me, tried numerous times just in case. What appears is SES Service DTC B1325 PA71. I've read on other threads this is a rain sensor fault but I have other idea on how to remove these lights. Been half a year and a new battery later and lights still lighting up...

    200,000 Mile Club

Left my CL7 at my brothers place in rainy Brittany for a few months and lo and behold the VSA & ABS lights are impossible to remove now. Not sure if having these lights on fails the vehicle inspection in Latvia though.. guess I’ll see.. Meanwhile tho, does anyone know if when these lights are...

    200,000 Mile Club

My CL7 just rolled over 150k miles and getting antsy because of an exhaust leak where the catalytic converter bolts and don't think the weld the shop did will hold much longer. Also have VSA and ABS lights that will not disappear - getting to 250k miles would be awesome in my case!

    DTC Codes help!

New member on here - hope everyone is well! I know this is an old thread but wondering if anyone here can clarify what the code DTC B1325 PA71 is for? Background: I parked my 2006 Accord Euro Spec 2.0 at my brothers place in France for a few months during winter, have driven it a few months...
