Hey all Just found this post, did you have any luck with this or was it sorted from the main dealer? I'm having the same problem, Honda want £54 to reset the code which they say needs a 30min diagnostic.

Ok since my previous post... I've got a diagnostics program on my laptop, I want to try and plug it in to reset the code myself. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Anyone know how to reset the security code for the bluetooth? I have no idea what it is and no way of finding out, Honda want £54 to do a reset they said they need to run a 30min diagnostic to do it...

Thanks mate I'll check it out, need to go to the dealer to get the security code on my bluetooth reset (don't ask) so I'll get a price for the drive shaft while im there. Thanks for all the help, you guys are always awesome!

Anyway I can get a look at it or is it located in a dodgy place?

Ok thanks mate I'll get it checked out, do they just replace the joints or do they need to replace the whole drive shaft? And do you have any idea how much the job should cost? Sorry I'm a rookie! ;-) I'll take the car down to the honda dealers next week but I know from previous dealings they...

I think its just when accelerating but not tried taking my foot off the pedal, will try it later today. What does it mean either way? It's definitely not the balance I've re-done them about 4 times in the last 3 months

Hello everyone, Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem before I take the car to a mechanic. When accelerating from 50 to 60mph our 7th gen 2.2ICTDI vibrates so much to the point the whole car is shaking. I've serviced it on time to date, the car has done 185,000 miles...

I'll double check the corners, tyre pressures I check regularly as we do a lot of driving. I set this to 3.2 How would I check if the disc is getting hot? I'm not a mechanical guy but can get away with the basics.

Hello all. I've got quite a large rear off to the right when I let go of the steering wheel. I know nobody is really keen on kwik fit, but they've done a wheel alignment twice, and balanced the tyres but the car still rears off to the right. Any ideas? Udai

We've just done a trip from London to Poland, approx 900 miles. Once we got out of London we drove at approx 100mph the entire way...ocassionally hitting 120... I was pretty happy with our 47.5mpg

Followed your advice, phone paired but setup a default security code...which i didnt note because i said no to it. Made 1 call to my wife and then lost access when the engine turned off.

Thank for the tip Dave, I followed your advice and managed to change the language back to English. I also accessed the phone setup, selected pair, gave the 4 digit code (which I made up as couldn't find anything on my phone relating to this) and the system said it was searching for my phone. No...

Not sure about this being a simple process. We can't even get to the bluetooth setup. I say phone setup, it turns on the aircon. I say menu, it takes me to sat nav. So I joked and said call babcia (my mother in law) and it changed the language to German! Proper stuffed now.
