    Automatic transmission behaviour

I'm sure this will just add to the uncertainty...... http://www.topgear.com.ph/features/columns/motor-mouth-online/should-you-really-shift-to-neutral-when-stuck-in-traffic

    Automatic transmission behaviour

It doesn't feel right when stopped at lights and in D & hand/foot brake is on. The car tries to pull forward. The various systems seem to be under strain (albeit not by a great amount). As above, but in N & handbrake on. It feels right, as everything seems in equilibrium. Just a gut...

    Automatic Gearbox

So it would appear that one of the ,morals of the story is: 1) Don't engage reverse unless the car is at standstill. 2) What is the correct way to use an automatic gearbox (normal driving & reverse)? 3) When you're waiting at traffic lights should you be in D(rive) or N(neutral) 4) If in N...

8th Gen accord 2.0L engine oil

Because they probably got a job lot of oil on the cheap. Any problems and we pay the bill. win - win situation for the dealer.

    Wandering steering

I walked away from buying an Accord because the main Honda dealer refused to acknowledge or repair the issue of the rear tyres wearing on one edge. Difficult issue to detect, expensive (i guess) to fix properly. Good luck with yours

    Is FHSH important?

Lol - I think this is where it's important for the photos to show the old & new oil filters. The oil pouring out the bottom of the oil sump and into the container. I do my own oil and filter changes, but have never bothered to take photo's - so it would be difficult for me to prove to a buyer...

    Is FHSH important?

I STRONGLY agree with the photo's and the matching receipts for the parts. Topman. I guess photo's supported by a video would be even better, as some people will argue that photo's (photoshop) can be doctored :P Do you have any of your photo's on here?

£3000 Dealer mark up - auction stock

Went to an auction recently, and Honda Accord sold for £3100 at auction. I made note of the car details. Week later, same car was advertised for sale by dealer for £6300. Not bad work for painting the tyre walls black, and a valet. Thanking you.

Did you buy it from a dealer or private? If purchased from dealer, then they should fix it.

Nackered Manifold, what do I need to buy?

I've not got any experience of this, and this just a thought. Would it be possible to use that paste or bandage that they use to repair exhaust systems with? It's not an ideal solution, but it may be an economical one, considering your finances are tight. Also, is it worth asking Honda UK, as...
