I was going to say this is either a damaged egt sensor (seen it when cowboys have tried gutting the dpf and damaged the sensor), or sensor wiring damaged or not plugged in. Looks like it was just the latter for you.

I wasn’t suggesting you change your bonnet sensor blind like that, merely stating that on our car it was that. It needs to go on a dealer system to check the logs and understand what the last triggers were. I can do this or you can take to Honda if easier.

Yes run a fly lead from the battery positive terminal direct to the positive connector on the compressor, when you touch the pin it will energise the clutch.

you can try manually triggering the clutch with a positive lead direct from your battery terminal, with engine off.

If you can’t hear it clicking then chances are it’s goosed.

That’s just a spurious error for the ultrasonics which nearly all Honda’s throw up on a scan with a dealer tool, I would say it’s a red herring. Most likely you will have a bad sensor (on our CRV it was the bonnet sensor). Have it plugged back into the Honda dealer system and go into the events...

Yes but if you’ve blanked it at the exhaust manifold side then that can’t be holding any gasses to leak from.

Was your dpf removed and by any chance did they also remove the cat at the same time?

You have a blocked intake and sticking egr valve. The other thing it might be is a bad fuel pressure relief valve but the fact you’ve had these errors points to the egr, I solve them regularly. Drop me a line if you want to discuss a remote option I might be able to offer.
