What mods can I put on?

We achieve 232bhp peak on the Type S but wouldn’t push one any harder. Buy a faster car if you’re chasing those numbers.

    Valve Stem Seals

common issue normally tied to blocked vanes caused by dpf blockages. I have however seen a split vac line cause it so check your vac lines from the actuator carefully to make sure they’re not pinched or split especially if it’s only happened after reassembly.

    EGR pipe

Yes but if it’s jammed open or cracked pipe then you’ll still have an issue.

    Honda accord immobiliser fault

Under the glovebox, you’ll need to strip a fair bit of trim back to get to it.

oil type after dpf and egr delete

Stick to a C2 oil (low saps not needed). The additives in low saps are actually a little abrasive and used to help break down the ash.

    Valve Stem Seals

I think you genuinely might be the first to ever tackle this. Well done.

    Honda accord immobiliser fault

Sounds like ecu is not waking up for some reason, and the glow plug light is indicating when that happens. Maybe a faulty ecu. If you can get a matching part number, I can clone these.

    Honda accord immobiliser fault

Sounds like it’s not detecting the key. Have you got a spare key? Does it do the same thing with both keys? If so then I’m guessing it has a faulty receiver unit (never changed one myself but normally they’re around the ring of the barrel on most cars of this era)

    Air Con Testing

I wouldn’t be so quick to change the relay, ensure it has gas and that it doesn’t have a faulty pressure switch.

Pre facelift like yours is a Bosch unit, I can’t remember the part number but as long as it’s a Bosch metal canister unit you should be ok.

    gearbox whine

Was there any evidence of metal filings when you did the gearbox oil? These aren’t known for gearbox issues. If you’re sure it’s the gearbox then you might want to try some additive to see if it quietens down, but failing that I would say a used box is probably cheap enough so just source and...

2.2 idtec P0546 exhaust gas temperature circuit high bank 1?

I was going to say this is either a damaged egt sensor (seen it when cowboys have tried gutting the dpf and damaged the sensor), or sensor wiring damaged or not plugged in. Looks like it was just the latter for you.

    HELP Alarm issues

I wasn’t suggesting you change your bonnet sensor blind like that, merely stating that on our car it was that. It needs to go on a dealer system to check the logs and understand what the last triggers were. I can do this or you can take to Honda if easier.

DPF light stayed on after forced regen

It’s really not for me to comment guys, and I certainly am not in a position to offer any comfort around other people’s work. If you’re confident you’re getting a proper job then you take your chances. Best of luck.

DPF light stayed on after forced regen

You absolutely should not be driving it in this state, and hopefully wherever you’re taking it actually has experience with these cars. I’ve had to solve many bodges over the years.

DPF light stayed on after forced regen

Avoid a further regen, you’re causing untold damage to your turbo every time you do one.
