Just thought i would add. If you give them a call and ask for the brand (i forgot to note it before throwing away the packaging) if your not from in or around lancashire you can then try and google the part. Im sure other suppliers should stock it too. Cheers

Yeh sure. Its from a company called BBC Superfactors parts suppliers. Ive been using them for a while as the prices are very reasonable and the advise is usually pretty sound. http://www.bbcsuperfactors.co.uk/phone/index.html They only have roughly 5 branches round the lancashire area.

Ive just had a look under the bonnet and im sure there is a throttle position sensor attached/ around the throttle body area. I will have a gander and see if i can diagnose this. Just out of curriosity could a faulty air sensor cause issues such as this as well? There are currently no EML on.
