    Poor fuel consumption

Does yours have an OBD socket? Do you have an OBD scanner? If so, it would be interesting to know the short term fuel trim (STFT) and the long term fuel trim (LTFT) values, since these influence directly the fuel consumption. Take a look at the following videos. This guy explains in detail...

    Poor fuel consumption

There are some 6th gen Accords that have two lambda sensors, others have only one. Do you know how many sensors your old car had? The fuel consuption of mine is also bad, I guess I will try to clean the sensor as you did and see if it makes any difference. BTW, mine only have one lambda sensor.

    Poor fuel consumption

Now I am curious about the results. Let us know if you get better a better milleage. If you decide to buy the sensors, go for NGK. Usually Hondas don't like other than Honda or NGK oxigen sensors!

Central Looking not working with fob

Those wires shouldn't be like that, someone has been messing around... About the new remote, I am not sure, but it's possible that it is not compatible with your cars receiver.

    Front offset wheel noise

There is one at the top and another at the bottom of the knuckle. Why did you replace them? Did you use Honda parts? Using cheap ball joints can result in creaks and squeaky noises, When I had my Citroen AX, I replaced both ball joints, and after a few weeks, they started to creak and squeak...

My clutch master cylinder was also from Blue Print. It was was exactly as the one that was on the car, both were made by Nabco.

    Clutch Problems

I also replaced the master cylinder in mine a couple of years ago, but since then never had a problem. You could try the following: Ask someone to press the clutch pedal, while you look at the clutch slave cylinder. If there the slave cylinder doesn't move and there is is no oil leaks, the...

    Faulty Thermostat/Temp Sensor?

I guess it's pure luck. Mine is a 1.8 without OBD port, but I know other cars with the same engine and from the same year with the OBD port...

    Faulty Thermostat/Temp Sensor?

Also, do you have an OBD2 socket and an OBD2 scanner? If so, you can use it to check the coolant temperature. Our cars have 2 coolant sensor temperature, one to feed the engine temperature gauge, and another that is used by the ECU to manage the engine. These are completely independent, and if I...

    Faulty Thermostat/Temp Sensor?

If when stuck on traffic the temperature goes up, and when driving on open road the temperature goes down, I am 99% sure it's the thermostat that is stuck open. If it was my car, I would just replace it. Mine died in the opposite way, it got stuck closed... If you are not sure, you can easily...

    Faulty Thermostat/Temp Sensor?

I would say that your thermostat died in the opened position. It's quite easy to replace!

    Possible power steering pump failing

The same applies to the gearbox. Many tried aftermarket transmission fluid, but in the end, they had to go back to Honda Manual Transmission Fluid (MTF)...

    MPG and knock sensor

Hi guys, It's a known fact, the 6th gen Accord has some drinking problems. But some of them drink much more than others. Mine was one of these. Let me start from the beginning. Some of you guys might know that my car is running on LPG and that I had some problems with the knock sensor on my...
