Well the light hasn't come back on so I'm hoping it's OK now. Must have just thrown a wobbly when in the field. Bit strange that VSA is designed to give up at the time I need it most though.

Does anyone know if the system gets confused and throws a wobbly when you're permanently stuck in mud? This field was like a sponge, I got stuck in someone elses tracks but even on the 'solid' bit peoples wheels were spinning, I pushed out 3 other cars! Anyway I'm home now, the light went off...

Mine smokes a lot when I floor it - which is good when someone's tailgating on the motorway :D Doesn't smoke at any other time though so I think it's an EGR thing with me.

So I've still got some Castrol Edge oil in a bottle, probably 500ml. I was going to top up the bottle from the Exol 25l drum so that I've got a bottle full in the car. Is this Ok? They're obviously both 0w30 and I think both fully synthetic, just different brands.

Have you had an alignment check done? Usually done for free and if you go somewhere with a hunter system you get a nice printout - adjustments would be charged for obviously.

You still only buy 2, the fronts wear down much quicker than the rears, so you only rotate when you buy new fronts - you don't keep rotating them every week until they're all worn down.

Just buy 2 new tyres if they're on the limit, put the new on the back and the old backs on the front.

So do you have dipped beam headlight leds that work/fit?

So if I get the 50W bulb are they 50W when braking or normally? What wattage are they in the other state?

If you don't have washers then you don't have Xenons. But having washers doesn't mean you do have them. Mine has washers but no factory Xenons. Trev on the 8th gen it's different.it's what I said washers means hids no washers no hids

I believe (and I may be wildly off here) that the white LEDs have a frequency that is too 'pure' so they don't show much light through the red filter - it would be better if you bought proper rear light LEDs in red. I haven't tried though I've just heard lots of stories of LEDs being really dull...
