    newbie considering accord!

Really? Can't see the 8th gen being much different to the 7th where the i-VTEC experience is nothing short of completely underwhelming.

2003 tourer brake lights stopped working

Was going to say brake switch. Have you bypassed the switch and just contacted the wires to eliminate it? You need to be very careful driving with no brake lights. I was following a car with none the other week slowly and it was very dangerous indeed.

    Electric window lock button

No, I don't think it was standard on UK cars. Probably for 2 reasons. 1 it rains alot in Britain so people won't open the windows much. 2 it rains alot in Britain so the windows probably wouldn't be left open accidentally through fear of rain. If you really want it, I'm sure an aftermarket...

    Electric window lock button

Back of the hand would be nice but not possible. I disconnected the rear window switch, this however, contrary to my logic stopped the drivers door button operating it aswell. When you take the switch panel off the rear door there is a massive space underneath it so I'm going to get another...

    Electric window lock button

Yes but if you'd driven any other marque of car you'd realise that this isn't normal. The driver usually has overriding control of the windows. I don't need to lock them to stop myself annoying the s*** out of myself with them. Very, when the Mrs has to ask permission to put her window down...

    Electric window lock button

When I lock the electric windows on the drivers door, this stops me operating the other windows aswell. This is in my Tourer, is it the same for you aswell? It's really annoying,

    NATIONAL WINDSCREEN REPLACEMENT...?

I doubt Honda make windscreens. They'd buy them in from a manufacturer.

4 channel amp wiring on premium sound system

Personally I'd say before as you're amping the signal with the 'new' amplifier. I'm running an amp with HLI but only running a sub, so have split the signal from the rear speaker wires. I've got the povvo spec system so no amplifier.

    buying 2.4 vtec

So how much is the tax? Engine light could be something or nothing. As long as the car isn't in limp home mode it shouldn't be something too serious. I bought a cheap code reader/clearer for £20 when my engine light came on. Do the same and see what the code is.

    buying 2.4 vtec

As said £10 a year cheaper VED. Make sure it's on the LPG register though. Insurance, it's just declared as a modification. Most insurers take this modification, some may refuse.
