    Recall Windshield Side Trims Lifting

I had mine done a few weeks back. Honda Wolverhampton said they'd need the car over night so I let them do the job as it was going to be done properly.

    boost gauge

When I had my gauges in one of my old cars I did find the boost gauge usefull as it showed that the tuning company hand got 2 turbo pipes the wrong way round. After that I found the Rev counter with shift warning very useful. Got a love Defi

    Ambiant foot lighting

In the middle of the reading light there is another led that shines down on the gear stick area. It's not very bright so could do with being drilled out too.

    rear spoiler

To be honest. It doesn't matter what colour the car is as long as it's clean and polished to high heaven.

    Slipping clutch

I've read of a few people not taking their car to Honda for a new clutch only to find it slip shortly after. Honda have a pre tension tool for the clutch apparently. It could be that?

Road/auto transmission noise in 8th Gen

I think test driving another auto should let you know if there's a problem with car. If it has full service history most likely it's fine. There is road noise but there is a great thread on this site for the 7th gen showing how to reduce it massively.

    I-dtec noise

Mines really quite. I've got 0w30 castrol Edge in it now and it still seems quieter than the old oil Honda used. I've noticed no increase in noise with the cold weather yet either so may be treat your car to some decent oil first?

Turning an EX into an EX GT

All the body kit parts were on offer a while back but only in certain colours. I think the whole kit would of cost less than a grand. Just call HH for a price and see before making a decision.

    ES GT options

Sat nav and camera were optional extras on ES Gt. If it had the sat nav it had a larger screen compared to the non sat nav versions. The EX Gt has heated seats, xenon lights, electric seat memory positions, fridge in arm rest. Rear ventilation from back of arm rest and parking sensors. It may...

    8th Gen windscreen wipers

The bosch aerotwin work well but they look terrible. If the denso look like the original honda ones I'd try them instead.

2.4 Type S or EX GT?

The gt is the body kit and only comes with diesel. If you want petrol you'll have to get an ex and add either fit the accessory sports kit or GT kit. The Ex comes with sunroofs that rust so I'd research into that before deciding on petrol. I'm not sure if all Ex cars came with a sunroof...

    8th Gen Tourer Buying Advice

I've never had lpg but I wish I had now due to my Circumstances changing. I met a Honda owner that fits them to any car. He's never had any problems and you get the equivalent of Something like 50 mpg. There was a CRV that had already been converted in the Autotrader. Personally I think that...

    Audio upgrade

I've just changed the speakers and tweeters and I'm happy enough with the sound. There's one member thats Done a full custom install with a false floor for the amp and twin subs up the corners. It depends on what you want really. You can make anything better if you have enough ££££. I reckon...
