If the Ex GT has auto headlamp adjustment and washers in the front bumper this was an added option as Brett said only the Type S Diesel comes with HID fitted as standard.

Guys, Just had the car back following 1st MOT test and Honda have had a really good look at the seat. They found the foam bolster in the left side seemed to be loose fitting and not adjustable. They will be fitting all new foam section complete with heating element as the 2 are stuck...

Brett, I had a similar rattle thats only heard either at low engine revs (diesel) or over rough road conditions. Had a poke around and found that both the bottom kick panel was loose. On top of that further poking found a wiring loom touching the steering column plastic covers, I cable tied...

Changes on the 8th Gen face lift are very minor. They tweeked the engine to be less fuel hungry, and added some little bits of chrome here and there. I would advise test driving the auto as imo the 5 speed auto is by far the worst i have driven and makes a modern car feel very dated.

Good info Brett. I have the 1st MOT soon and i think the lights may fail over the HID install. I think the drivers side has the deflection in the wrong place if this makes sense? I will take a pic on the weekend to show the pattern.

Does anyone know how to adjust the headligh level and angle? I now about the level switch in the car but wanted to know about any manual adjustment??

As Brett say - get it on the jack or a ramp to see what's what. A lot of noises can be transmitted to make them sound like something or from somewhere their not! I believe Honda do a trusty £20.00 health check...... worth it to get a detail of what's wrong if anything.

Jase, i do use the heated seats but i dont think this is the cause. The movement an squeak is in the side support an i guess that its come loose over the period of time. Just one of those things maybe?
