    where to put phone?

Been looking at dash/window mounted phone cradles for the 6th series and there is not a lot of spare dashboard left. Where do you put yours and what sort of bracket are you using? Not sure about window mounted as that surely obstructs vision?

    wiper sizes

I want to fit new wiper blades and suspect the ones on now are the wrong size. Had a look in handbook and cannot find sizes mentioned in there. So what size should they be, on a 6th gen, is the question?

    rear window demister

It does not seem that the rear window demister is working on my saloon. there are no apparent broken wires on the glass and the No. 4 fuse under the bonnet seems OK, The light on the climate control unit comes on but no sign of wires heating up/ no clearing of the window near wires. Any ideas...

    not loud enough

I have reverse sensors, factory fitted which work fine. The warning beeps work well unless Madame is in the car in which case the stereo is blasting too loud and I cannot hear it. Does anyone know where the control is for it and can the volume of the beeps be turned up?

    Engine Warning Light

I had exactly the same problem and tried NTK which worked for 10 minutes only and eventually got a genuine one off Andy. After a week the light came on again and when I went back the other had failed. seems you need to do both of them as one new one will not cooperate with an old one. Having...

    Probably a daft question but

If you take out the cubby hole above the ashtray you can feel up the back whether your radio has a socket for a changer. If it has you can fit one or you can fit a XCARLINK which plays mp3 off a sd card or memory stick. If you get the bluetooth phone attachment it also works as a hand free...
