the battery in the your main key may have gone flat this maybe the case with the spare as well (even if you haven't used it) or the spare may have just lost the plot they use rolling codes and the spare key gets so far behind due to no use they then don't work

It wont be the turbo then as that wont be working at low revs and light throttle. You say the fuel filter was changed 5k ago was that an OE filter? these cars seem very fussy with fuel filters the other thing to think about is the exhaust manifold they are know to crack on diesels maybe worth...

never heard of the stuff what makes you think your turbos not working? if the turbos blown and not working all the cleaning in the worlds not going to make it any better

not sure what its like on a Honda (not had a tourer one to bits) but are the hand brake shoes adjustable? on most cars with this set up you should back the handbrake cable adjuster off then adjust shoes up so they just drag when you turn the wheel then adjust the cable up
