Thanks cjm stripped the caliper, the slider pins were a bit stuck, applied grease on them, cleaned calliper and all is good and thanks once again for the helpful threads you mentioned

Well took it to the garage diesel specialists, he looked at it and said I've had a few diesel accords in with same problem, he was adamant the injector was fine but the seal was broke so he said he will replace the seal and o ring first

Great, not what I wanted to hear but oh well, thing is I had my timing chain replaced by honda and I asked them were new injectors fitted, they said no, I'm sure I heard someone say they fit new injectors when the timing chain is replaced, all I know is there may be trouble ahead :P
