Hi guys, any of you had a screen that comes up pixelated(like Minecraft) on sat nav/ climate control, it comes on for a couple of minutes then nothing. The full console has been replaced as last one was doing the same, but no joy. Any help would be appreciated

Hi guys, 2.2 I-ctdi accord on 197k with egr delete, I noticed the oil looked dark brown, so changed oil and filter. New has gone the same colour, should I be worried? Car seems to run ok, puff of smoke on start up, but nothing else, no overheating etc. thanks again guys
