Just an update guys Dropped my car off to Avondale Honda today, they said they will try to complete the job by the end of today. I was expecting them to see my service book to see if the car was regularly maintained but they didn't mention anything.

To be honest , when I used the a/c few months back I didn't notice anything different. I'm not sure what to expect with the lower arm bushes, the car drives ok with no problems. Not really confident on replacing the discs and pads so might get a local mechanic to do that.

I believe for my car for the front discs the diameter is 300mm (2.2 ctdi) please correct me if I need the 280mm ones The pagid front discs cost £70 including 25% discount?? Is that cheap or expensive?
