I have at least one failed ABS sensor on my Mk4. Honda want £260 each which is ridiculous. Any idea where I could pick them up cheaper? Are they any cheaper in the States? Edited to add - are the sensors the same across the Mk4 range - ie, coupe, saloon, estate, 2.0 and 2.2?

Just out of curiosity, I asked another garage to give the car a check over and do a head gasket test, then ***uming it didn't need any major work, put it through an MOT. To my surprise, not only did it pass the head gasket test, it passed its MOT too! The mechanic said he couldn't understand how...

Unfortunately, due to a blown head gasket, this car is now for sale. I'd prefer to sell it to the forum as I hope it'll sell to someone who will restore it to its former glory, so it's now advertised in the For Sale sub-forum...
