Strange sound when reaching biting point in 1st gear only

Thanks Steve, it sounds like we might have the same problem. Either way it's bugging me so I think I will put a new clutch kit in. My main concern is that it's not the flywheel. Steve how do u think the moisture went? Did it disappear over summer? All my fluids are changed even filters just need...

Strange sound when reaching biting point in 1st gear only

Never in any other gear just first. Spoken to HH who said they have never experienced this type of fault before. Martin in parts was really helpful. Honda brayley suggested it's a dry bearing.

Strange sound when reaching biting point in 1st gear only

thanks Jon for your suggestion I think it's more within the gearbox area and only happens in first. The engine is smooth as silk and does not vibrate harsh at any stage. Gear changes are smooth too.

    Light Scratches

yeah you can use t-cut first and take it from there, i know the particles in the t-cut are much finer than megulairs so you really need to work it in. lots of pressure and rotation will get quicker results as ive experienced. sometimes if you know people who have these products try a bit of...

    Light Scratches

My friend has a dark blue accord and compund left some swirl marks, he tried autoglym resin and that worked a charm, down side have to reapply ever so often after washes. I have tried megulairs x scratch and for very fine marks it does the job.

    Shell Fuelsave

I did the feulsave and v power and i lost about 40 miles, maybe it was me but the car felt less responsive. I always fill up vpower, signed up to the vpower club and the rewards are not great but the reward voucher comes in handy as I use shell for my van too.
