Hi all 1st post on here. I've recently bought a diesel accord after wanting one for years but having a wee bit of bother with it. There's 109k on the clocks 2005 so preface model
As soon as I got it I went to my local honda dealer and bought all the filters and oil needed for a full service. Got my mechanic to do the work for me but still have this little bit of bother so I cleaned out all the egr cooling system and the tps to try and rule it out but still there. ...
So here it goes I have a very slight hesitation / dead spot at 1500rpm but only sometimes almost like a hiccup and also a problem that has only happened a few times when slowing down to turn into a side road it would cut out completely but once I turn off and back on again it starts straight away with no hassle or warning lights
Last thing is when it's cold on morning start up the idle with fluctuate between 800/900 rpm for the 1st minute then idles perfect at 800 thereafter
