Im looking to trade my Accord 2.0 mk8 CU1 facelift with all the hoodies honda could give for 2.0 motor for an facelift 8.gen 2.2 idtec type S tourer . Just need a bigger boot , the torque i miss from the old 2.2ictdi , nothing else i would add..
What should i do ? Trade in for the type S with 135k km on the clock for mine with 139k km on it, i know its a good car , just worried about the dpf, egr stuff .... idont drive many long distances regularly, but i know the 2.2ictdi was driven same way and hadn’t have problems , but it didn’t had dpf...
Second question, I probably would want stage 1 map on the 180bhp stock map, how will i make it done?
Whats with the dpf and egr than ?
On the 2.2ictdi i made a remap with galleto by myself, the map was done by celtic tuning and i did the upload to the car, was no problems.
