(7th gen AT) lower center console removal?

Tries the search function but couldn't find anything usefull.

Has anyone a guide to remove the lower center console part? Especially the automatic gearbox trim and the handbrake/ cupholder part ;)
 
The search seems rather buggy since the recent forum upgrade. Seems to turn up next to nothing on anything! If you open the ash tray and start from where the gear surround meets the ashtray. Prize that up and it should pop out, then you can start getting at things. The guides for this will be in the threads about installing the XCarlink. Hopefully you can find them. There are links to a great thread on the Civicinfo forum where an Accord owner there details an XCarlink install with lots of pictures.
