Right then where do i start........... :rolleyes:
i bought another gen 2 1/2 accord :eek: . this one is a dx model, is an auto and in blue with 61000 miles. it was driven 250 miles on wednesday to come to leeds with no problems, thursday it went in for its mot and only failed on the brakes :p . the tester and i were amazed of the condition, very solid underside. and never weilded before. any way the plan is to pimp it out B) .
check the picks and give some ideas.

this is now painted in matt black to give a retro / old school look. i have a 2 sets of alloys to try on the car to see which suits it better, but first i need to lower it. any ideas !!!!. maybe chop um or heat um !!!!!!! cos the last time i checked the lowering springs were not cheap.
also it passed its mot yesterday.
good coments are welcome :lol:
 
The matt black thing is really on this season. Nice mod.

Can't wait to see it with some nice white alloys, you thought of going the sticker bomb route? And try GAZ shocks they could hook you up a custom coilover setup. Dumping it into the weeds.


You need a set of front brake pads as I have a set I don't need. They say on the box a Mk2 Accord 4 door on a B reg?

Don't want out for them just a token amount to pay my postage costs.

If you ever need to sell it let me know. I'm after a mk2 for a daily driver. Need to replace the 98 coupe next February. How's the wheel search coming on?

Hi. My acccord has been waiting patiently for over a year for me to get it on the road. Well that day has come, I when to start it up, I attached a booster pack and turned it over, it was cranking over but would not start . After a few minutes I stoped and thought some thing is not right. This is not like a Honda. Then I rememberd it has got manual choke (ha ha) . I pulled the choke and hey presto it fired up straight away . I took it to the MOT station and it passed with out needing any welding . So as ov today it has 12 months MOT and 6 months road tax. As you can imagine after being parked up for so long it needs a good clean so thats why i have not taken any photos. After a good clean i will post some photos.

Honda always start unless youve fiddled with it.

Hi, I have been driving my accord for a week or so and it drives really good for an old car.
Suprisingly it is very comfortable and smooth especially over humps and bumps.
I have had a few passengers in it and they love the fact that it drive so well for an old car :D.
Also I managed to give it a clean on the weekend so here are a few photos..........

Hi. The time has come to sell my 1985 gen2 accord. It has 10 months MOT and 4 months road tax. Drives really well and is very comfortable. These accords are becoming quite rare now especially in road worthy condition and with an MOT. Price is £995 ono. For more info please message me. Thanks

Thanks bro, yes it did go to a good home, the guy who bought it was well chuffed. He is planning to paint it brown, as he had a brown one years ago. Im happy it gone to a good home and should give the new owner many happy years of driving.
