Adding Satnav

Hi there,
I've searched around the internet including this forum and there doesn't appear to be a straight answer.
Can you add the satnav unit to a model that doesn't have it? I have a 2004 honda accord with the dual climate etc but am wanting to swap it out with the satnav unit.

It looks like it should fit straight in if I remove my unit but I'm wondering about the wiring/loom.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The issue I think would be with the sat nav arial/antenna. If the car's not got one and/or the wiring for one, this could potentially be a major job. I don't know for certain though, hopefully someone has more insight on this.

I think,that you can change,but like Steve said,need arial for satnav.
