Aftermarket Stereo - Steering wheel control question

I'm looking to put a double din unit in the bottom tray. I have a Accord Diesel 2004.

Guess I need the normal wiring loom. Do the steering wheels controls also just plug out of the OEM unit and into the aftermarket stereo? Will I need an additional adapter of sorts?

The adapter matches the brand of stereo I think. Connect do them. Try googling. There's a shop that's selling them as I found them for my 2013 crv
