When operating the central locking from my keb fob, all the doors lock but the rear passenger door?

Any ideas what it could be?

Does it lock with the button on the drivers door panel? Sounds like a sticking mechanism or failed motor really..
 
Open the door panel and check the hook which holds the lock pin i bet its come off the hook...
 
Jav's probably right then, if you can hear the motor moving then clearly it's a mechanism issue.
 
I had the same problem with my front passenger door. It was the motor that pulls the lock. Had to replaced it. Good luck.
