I would not touch it till it starts going. Mine was slipping at 110k in high gears and then settled down for another 35k. I then had further signs of wear and then went and got some quotes.
Indy was £800 but this included a new fly wheel. Holdcroft was £750 just for the clutch change. This is recommended by garages but you only need to replace it if you have lateral play or vertical play. If you mark the edge and then rotate the flywheel sideways, you can see how much it moves on the springs (lateral). To check the vertical movement you just waddle it back and forth. Play needs to be more than 2.9mm to need replacement.
Sub frame can be marked and then lines used on re ***embly. The sub frame just needs to be lowered enough on the passenger side to let the Gearbox drop down.
You don't need any special tools but do need either strong Jack or crane. You can tighten the Clutch plate up by moving slowly round the bolts with small quarter turns.
Book time is around a day but it took me 30 hours. But I wasn't in a rush and I had other commitments. 3 Piece LUK kit cost me £117, so £150 with GB fluid.
My car is an 08 and I love it. But it has 144k and is only worth 2k, so I decided to do it myself, as I have worked on cars/motorbikes a great deal.
If you do go to an INDY make sure they understand and check the cruise control switch and check and adjust the clutch pedal.
