cracked manifold

hi
bought my car from a main honda dealer in july now i have a cracked manifold to deal with, its a 06 with 85,000 mls
there has been a smell in the car from about a week after i bought it, the warranty company wont touch it but dealer says
they will go 50/50 so bill for £300 for me

I can get you a fixed price repair for £200 but £300 from a main dealer isn't bad.

That smell is poisoning you - get it done asap.

They should provide you with a 3 month warranty.
Go have a polite word with them.
