..you waste hours fitting a part that isn't broken

Sputnik-I is not letting go without a fight. Its ABS light came on after the MOT, obviously something got disturbed with all the poking & prodding.

I had purchased a rear O/S sensor last year as the light popped up then...but went off a few days later, so never fitted it. I followed the forums pointing towards the rear O/S being the most likely offender. Anyhows, I set out trying to change the rear ABS sensor and sure enough it was seized in the hub.
So I tried drilling and got nowhere...and eventually I gave up and just chose to strip off the caliper/ disc & hub.

So after all this messing...the VSA lights didn't go off. This culminated in a quick trip to see Fahad and not only did I learn my injectors weren't coded to the ECU....my VSA fault was coming from the front N/S :-0

So this lunchtime I've got a new sensor from Dewsbury Auto Salvage and Sputnik has gone into the garage again for the broken sensor to be replaced, as frankly I can't be bothered doing it myself.

If they're of any help in the future, here are some pics of the rear hub & ABS location :-

Ah wait, I never clocked on to the fact that you hadn't actually diagnosed the rear sensor as being the culprit... why on earth did you change it you plum
