Drives fine when cold but no go when warm

2005 Honda Accord 2.2 diesel.
Car starts and runs fine until the temp gauge starts to move. Then there is very little power up to 2500rpm, when the turbo normally comes in.
I have replaced the fuel filter, air filter, cleaned the egr valve, cleaned the maf and the other sensor by the egr valve. I have replaced the inlet manifold solenoid. Still the same symptoms. If I disconnect the inlet manifold solenoid the car runs perfectly.
Any ideas

that's the problem

Inlet manifold is blocked and egr is leaking.

Egr doesn't operate until coolant reaches operating temperature which is why it's fine when cold.

You can't clean the egr valve on these cars trust me.

You can replace egr and take your chances or book with me for a permanent egr removal service and tuning.
