EGR OFF values (I-DTEC 2.2)

Hello!
A few months ago I deleted the EGR both physically and electronically.
Today I connected the AnyScan app with the XTOOL A30M module and checked these values, both at idle and during acceleration.
Are these values normal for a deactivated EGR?
I don’t understand why the status says “open”!
Shouldn’t it say “closed”?

When I accelerate, it stays at 0%, but when I decelerate, it stays at 99.61!
