EGR SWITCH OFF

Hi I'm new on here, very helpful site going here.

I have a couple of questions;

Own a Honda Accord 2004 CDTi tourer.

I have replaced timing chain had injectors re conditonned, and new fuel filter.

I have cleaned EGR system out well, was really clogged up, have also blanked off, but now have engine light ON.

I want to swith off the EGR anyone know if its possible to do myself, ie: getting a code reader, if so which is the best type at a reasonable price. If so does anyone know the code for switching the EGR OFF..

There is no code to do this - you need to have the ECU software modified. Fahad (f6had) who runs this website can do this for you... he also runs Premier Tuning who specialise in this type of modification.
