Engine dies for no reason but starting again with no problems

As above this has happened a few times now and always when engine is at full running temp and driving slow or pulling into an estate
Once restarted idle dips up and down
To about 500 rpm to normal 800 rpm
Then after a few sharp revs it's perfect again
Any ideas as no warning lights or nothing to indicate a problem

After the 1st 3 times thus happened I got a full genuine honda service done Inc FF but still happening

Any advice would be great

Sounds like a vacuum leak of some sort or a breathing problem
