ES or Ex

Hi,
Looking to purchase an accord estate. What's the difference between the ES & EX?

EX has to the best of my Knowledge, Full leather seats, power tail gate, better sound system, Sat nav, heated seats, maybe plenty of minor bits.

EX also has potentially rusty sunroof but ES doesn't.

Ex gt is the best of both worlds if you can find one. It's a shame your not after a saloon as mines for sale.
