Fault code P1401

This may help someone in the future, My car had MIL and went into limp home mode on Tuesday. I hooked up my code reader (thx Faddy & Elite) and came up with P1401. I took accoustic cover off and looked at EGR traced the vacum pipe back and it had popped off, reconnected and all fine.

Nice easy one to solve but worth a mention.

Rubber and heat never a good mix IME mate, so couple of cable ties have sorted the problem for good

Interesting.. maybe you took it off when cleaning out the bits a few weeks back and never refitted correctly mate?
