Fault codes P1044 P061B help

2010 2.2 i-dtec engine code N22B3
DTC's:
P1044 - No.4 injector short circuit
P061B - ecu internal circuit malfunction

ECU failure?
any suggestions please

P061B is normally corrupt software. Only ever happens with a bad remap in my experience. I can fix it but it needs some time spending on it. Take it back to whoever tuned it and get them to flash it to standard before it causes engine damage.

i bought the car with this fault im afraid. Didn't even know it's there as the ECM light comes on after a few miles..
Looks like u right and ecu needs reflash.
