FN2 Type R Gearbox on CL9 K24A3 ?

Today I broke my gearbox.
1-st gear disappear ...
Everything else is OK but without the 1st gear is difficult.

I got an offer for transmission of CTR FN2 K20Z4, but I do not know if it will fit?

it might.but you will need to reuse your cl9 gearbox housing

i used ep3 1-5 gears.

if i was to do it again i would also use the shorter fd

I hope that everything will fit.
I think to use my Final drive(4.4) with 1-5 FN2 gears, because FN2 gearbox FD it is very short 5.1...

fn fd is 4.76.and will make the cl9 feel a lot quicker

Hmmm, then I will keep FN2 FD, only I'll try to keep my sixth gear.

From what I've read the EP3 final drive is 4.785 and the FN2 is 5.06 - you may find the FN2 FD is a bit too short! Try the gear ratios calculator from gearboxman's site to see the effects.
