Forgive my ignorance but is mine a MK7 or MK8

Hi, I have just acquired an 07 plate accord 2.2iDCTi EX Nav. Different places seem to confuse me ( easily done ) as to what variant I have. If it helps it has voice command and the 6 cd changer sat nav built in.

Can someone please satisfy me finally as to which it is .

7th gen is also called Mk8 by some parts sellers. I don't know why.

It's a mk7 facelift.

The 8th gen was introduced in late 2008 as an idtec.

All Ictdi cars are 7th gen

Thanks everyone I was ***uming it was a 7th but never sure.

The voice commands are a learning curve and the Bluetooth took me a while to work out

Have you tried the button under the phone button , press it ( or lift it if you know what I mean ) and say "help commands"
