Oddly, that light often comes on with fuel-pressure related problems. How recently was the fuel filter last changed and was it the correct OEM filter?
When the EML comes on are you able to read the actual diagnostic trouble code? That would be very useful and probably take out a lot of the guesswork!

Mate like I told you in private, change your glow plugs with a set of genuine honda items. It is most likely a hairline crack in one of the plugs and obviously they're needed most when the engine is cold
This is nearly always like Jon mentioned a fuel filter problem I used a aftermarket one on my ICTDI when became runaround and always getting it, when used as a taxi came on changed filter no issues nothing to worry about, if this does not cure like Fahad says change plugs
