How do I remove?

Got my tools, where do I start unclipping it? I don't want to break it if it's fixed with screws anywhere.

I started from the side with the Halfrauds trim remover.... I did however have the head unit already loose which made it easier. Have you seen the iPod threads?

suggest a quick trawl of the google search with "xcarlink" install .

in short it sounds daft but a plastic fishslice as outlined in the civicinfo guide is pretty good at this.

you jam it in just above the vents and it pops up fine - once popped you pull towards you.

it just pops off i remember right you need a flat head screw driver and be careful lol

One friend of mine made himself a kind of toll (like a hook) to put it in the vents hole. Just pulls and it's done.

Tried the "Fish slice tool" today on mine.
Worked perfectly........!!

Best way for that top bit is to put your hands flat on the top panel towards the back, grip hard and pull the panel towards you.. it will clip off
