How do you clean the cup holders

Yeah, so the previous owner left some crud in my front cup holders. The rubber inside doesn't appear to have an easy remove option. So how do you clean yours?

I normally get a small clean/new paint brush or detailing brush and then clean the holder like that. Vacum the dirt straight out

Maguires trim cleaner. I clean the area first
