Ideal tyre pressure 1.8 sport

Hey guys sorry if this has been asked before but what pressure would you recommend for the 1.8 sports 16 inch tyres, sometimes have a couple of passengers and fairly heavy bags in the boot.

The pressure is written on the door panel thingy, i usually put my tyres 5psi over recommended.

I try and run mine at 35-37 for a bit more economy over grip.

Cheers, Ive done the same as this is a daily its for economy so I have gone with 38 front and 36 rear.

Also bought some oil as I always keep a litre of top up oil in boot of every Honda I have had, added just under half a litre to bring it back up to the maximum.

Added some fuel treatment/injector cleaner to the tank and topped it up with V-Power and ordered a new K&N panel filter as according to the service history the air was changed about 17k ago.

I go for 38psi myself at the moment, as above, opt for fuel economy.
