Independant Honda Specialist

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a good Independant Honda specialist for servicing and minor repairs in the London area? My car is an '07 CTDI and was hoping to find an alternative to the pricier Honda dealerships. Thanks.

Giovanni, welcome to TA. You don't need a specialist to work on these cars for routine servicing and maintenance, in fact many of us on the forum are not trained mechanics and undertake servicing jobs ourselves.

Have a look in the DIY Section, there are plenty of guides on how to tackles oil changes and filter changes, and even your owners manual tells you how to do stuff.

The only real golden rule with iCTDI ownership is to use genuine Honda parts from the dealer for filters, and 0W30 oil.

Thanks for the tip. The car isn't due a service yet but i'll keep checking oil levels weekly.

As Fahad as mentioned the servicing on these cars is very straight forward. There are loads of DIY's on the site which you can use.
