Interested in Accord

I am looking for a car.Exactly a 5 series but due to my budget decided to go for accord( more chipper to mantain).
I heard that accords have a lot of engine problems specially diesel ones? is that true?

Accords are all rubbish... get a Vauxhall instead.

Welcome to the site and excuse some of our members, Accords not bad cars at all IMO. As with any car it has its faults but all fixable hopefully. I've had 3 now and spec wise they do get better by the year

i am going to the diesel one.I know how good they r in petrol.

Yes, diesels are more economical and also the VED is lower. But they cost more to buy and may suffer greater repair costs. Probably best to get a diesel if you do lots of miles.

Be careful not to get diesel and petrol confused when filling up!
