2006 Accord 2.4 EX
The waiting is over and this morning I collected my new 2.4 EX. My first Accord and my first Honda. The drive home was a leisurely run up the A38 and saw 40mpg over the 65 mile trip. Not bad at all, but I don't expect to get anywhere near that on daily commuting run.

Since getting home I've filled the boot and numerous cubby holes with some of my junk and spent some time familiarising myself with some of the toys. There is a lot to learn here with the sat-nav, voice commands, excellent audio system, etc.

So far so good then and I'm really impressed with the quality and luxury feel for fairly little outlay. :)

If I've got this posting photos thing sussed then a nice pic should follow.....

I'm just outside of Taunton. Only recently moved from East Devon.
 
Very nice car mate, looks a very deep shine. So whats the mods going to be?

Going to take a few weeks drving it and getting used to it before thinking too much about mods. I'm not really into changing too much on my cars. Usually just a few subtle cosmetic changes. I might tone down the bling a bit, so maybe a Type-S style grill. I know everyone immediately says these should be lowered a little, but given the sort of roads I frequent I really don't want to upset the ride and handling, so that's probably not on the cards. I'd like some form of iPod integration, so will be researching that.
