Guys iv come across this typhoon kit for my 8th gen :rolleyes:
Iv emailed K&N to make sure this is the correct fitments if so im very tempted :D

that looks sweet brett, I would imagine that makes a very nice sound indeed

I checked teh K&N brochured at the Motorspoort show the other week, Both petrol 8G had an entry... no 2.2 though :(
 
Yep your correct iv just had an email back from K&N saying there is not a kit for my car dam it :(
 
I got the K&N for my old 7th Gen 2.4 but only had it for a month before selling it on ebay as it was too noisy for me - made me realise I'm getting old lol !

Thats a bummer, any plans for a kit in the near future?
 
I will just have to wait Shabz until they make one or boge one up lol

D.i.y time bro :D shame your a bit of a distance away bro,could have linked up for this mod,thought about something similqr for mine,but nuno done it and it was a no goer...but yours will be awsome bro...
 
Brett bud i tried the k&n air filter website, but intead of putting your car down as an aaccord i put it down as a 2009 tsx 2.4, and it came up with the typhoon kit,try it bro,im sure th tsx one 2.4 should fit the accord

But K&N did say to me they don't make one but I will check lol

Lol coolio bro,maybe they dont for the uk accord bro,but defo for the acura tsx 2.4 which ircc os the same engine as the uk accord 2.4 ,it will sound monsterous,im excited now... :lol:

Well guys for the 2nd time this is the reply i had back from K&N so it looks like i will have to wait.Or i could do what Neal said.
