Good afternoon.

Firstly, I wish to thank those who helped me in identifying my turbo issues.

The turbo was very recently replaced and the next couple of days were magnificent.

However, a few more issues popped up today.

Following a loss of power, then going into limp mode, the fault lights came on.

A quick diagnosis came up with:
  1. EGR Fault
  2. Air Intake Manifold valve open

I strongly believe my EGR is packed with crap, especially after the turbo dumped heaps of oil into the exhaust, but im not entirely sure about condition of the air intake (butterfly valve etc.)

I'm trying hard to not spend any more, and please tell me if my conclusions are incorrect.

I will attempt to fix the issues first prior to spending, and the right guidance from the forum is highly appreciated.

Hi Dan,

Egr is knackered and inlet blocked. Suggest removing inlet and thoroughly cleaning all ports out and ensure the intake flap is working freely. Then book it in with me for an egr blanking and stage 1 remap.
